Mount Vernon, WA – Community Action of Skagit County will be on hand at the September 22, 2 pm George Winston concert at McIntyre Hall in Mount Vernon, WA to collect canned food donated by attendees. Proceeds from all CD sales benefit Community Action as well and will go to the Skagit Food Distribution Center which serves all 14 food banks and pantries in Skagit County.
