Snohomish County, WA– The Washington State Patrol responded to a vehicle verses pedestrian crash on State Route 99 at Gibson Road around 4:40 a.m. on August 7th, 2019.
According to a press memo from the Washington State Patrol, 57-year old Kenneth Brown of Marysville was traveling Southbound on State Route 99 in a 1989 Volkswagen Cabriolet Convertible when he struck 37-year old Kelly Ryan of Lynnwood in the intersection of SR99 at Gibson Road.

Troopers say Kelly Ryan was transported to Providence Medical Center with Injuries. Brown was not injured. Troopers say drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash and the cause of the crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.
