Teen Killed in Everett Homicide

Everett, WA – Detectives with the Major Crimes Unit are investigating a shooting that killed a juvenile male in Everett according to a press release from the Everett Police Department.

Detectives say that just after 5:00 p.m. on October 4th, 2017, a resident at Walden Pond Apartments in the 9900 block of 12th Avenue in Everett, Washington called 9-1-1 to report hearing a gunshot.  Arriving Officers located a juvenile male who had been shot outside the breezeway of an apartment building.

Life Saving Efforts were immediately started on the juvenile and he was transported to Everett’s Providence Regional Medical Center in serious condition.  Shortly after arriving at the hospital the teen died from his injuries.

Detectives with the Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene and are investigating the incident.  Detectives say no suspect has been identified but they are working to develop suspect information.
