Bayview, Washington- Adam White has been arrested for vehicle prowling after a Bayview resident reported in November that his Dodge Caravan had been burglarized and the Skagit County Sheriff’s Office “Pro Act Unit” has spent months investigating multiple people in a crime ring related to a rash of vehicle prowls and Burglaries throughout Skagit County.
Items taken in this particular car prowl was a Franchi Affinity shotgun, a Boss Marine blue tooth speaker and two Dakine Backpacks.
The investigation led deputies to Jeffrey Perry who pawned the speaker on behalf of Adam White at a Cash American Pawn in Mount Vernon.
White also admitted to knowing about the stolen Shotgun.
Since the Skagit County Pro Act Unit started, vehicle prowls and burglaries have significantly declined with the arrest of several individuals suspected of committing the crimes on a nearly daily basis throughout Skagit, Whatcom and Snohomish Counties.
