Sedro-Woolley, WA – The Washington State Patrol responded to a single vehicle crash in the 100 block of West State Street in Downtown Sedro-Woolley around 9:46 p.m. on Thursday, May 25th, 2017.
According to a press memo from the Washington State Patrol, 22-year old Seth Noble of Sedro-Woolley was traveling Eastbound on West State Street in a black 1965 Ford Mustang when he crossed over into the Westbound Lane. The memo states he over-corrected and drove off the roadway, striking a construction fence before crossing over some railroad tracks.
A witness, Shannon Barnhart wrote on the Skagit Breaking Facebook page, ” I saw that mustang blow thru that light on State, going at least 45, probably more, around 9:30, sorry to say, but serves them right!”
A passenger in the Mustang, 25-year old Trisha Hastings of Sedro-Woolley was injured and transported to United General Hospital in Sedro-Woolley.
Mr. Noble was not injured. He was booked into the Skagit County Jail for investigation of Driving under the influence and vehicular assault.
The vehicle was impounded to the Washington State Patrol Bullpen.
