MVPD Investigating Malicious Mischief Cases – Need Witness Help

Mount Vernon, WA-  The Mount Vernon Police Department is investigating at least 14 malicious mischief complaints where an individual or individuals in a dark colored sedan drove through Mount Vernon neighborhoods last night throwing objects and breaking out car windows.

Lieutenant Chris Cammock said some of the neighborhoods reporting damage are:

·        300-700 Blocks of N. 6th Street

·        100 Block of  N. 39th

·        200-300 Block of S. 30th

·        400 Block of N. LaVenture

·        East Division Street

·        4600 Block of Nooksack Loop

  The Mount Vernon Police Department could use  help from anyone who might have seen the suspect or vehicle or anyone who has a security camera system that might have recorded areas where the suspect vehicle passed by in an attempt to identify the subjects.
